How long will it take for my order to ship?
Since our products are artisanal and often made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your candles and fragrances eco-friendly?
Yes, we prioritize the environment by using 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our packaging is also recyclable or biodegradable whenever possible.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
