Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile items like candles or glassware are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at your local carrier; we recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus original shipping costs.
